• Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
• Notification: The winner will be notified via email or phone within 10 days of the end of the entry period. If the winner does not respond within 5 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
• Prize Claim: The winner may be required to provide their full name, address, and other necessary information to claim the prize. All items except the firearms will be shipped to the winner after price has been claimed. Out of stock items may cause a delivery delay.  Winner must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to purchase and own a firearm. Firearms will be shipped from Mossberg Firearms to a federally licensed FFL dealer of whom the winner chooses. Transfer and transaction fees for the firearm may be charged by the licensed FFL dealer and are not the responsibility of GPO USA or Mossberg Firearms. To claim the firearms, the winner must complete and pass federal firearms transaction rules that will be processed by the licenses dealer.  
• Promotion Timeline: Promotion for entry will be active from October 1 2023 through October 31, 2023.
