GPO, USA WEBSITE PURCHASE RETURN POLICY
Products being returned must be new, unused, undamaged, and in their original undamaged packaging. Only products purchased directly from the GPO, USA website or the official GPO, USA Amazon Marketplace are eligible for the 15-DAY “CHECK IT OUT,” 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. Returned products must be postmarked no later than 15 days after confirmed delivery to the purchaser. Products purchased from an authorized retailer must be returned to that retailer, and those products are subject to that retailer’s return and refund policies.
- NEW: Products being returned to GPO, USA must be new, unused, undamaged, and in their original undamaged packaging. Neither the product nor any of its accessories must show any sign of use. Packaging must not be worn or damaged. Freight damage to the product or package during the return process due to insufficient packing will define the product as being used. All accessories must be returned new, unused, and undamaged with the product. Riflescopes cannot be mounted on a rifle and returned. Mounted riflescopes will show ring marks, and ring marks will identify the product as being used. Other identifying factors that show use include scratches, dirt, accessory use, scope ring marks, and dirt or debris in mechanical parts (e.g., eyecups, focus rings, and scope turrets). Unpacking and repacking the product and visual signs of a basic “touch-and-feel” evaluation (i.e., fingerprints, unpacked accessories, or straps attached to binoculars) do not constitute use.

We also automatically receive and record information in our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information, and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
Your items will ship out within two days of purchase, with two- to three-day delivery service. GPO, USA will determine the most efficient shipping carrier. The carriers that may be used are the following: US Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), or FedEx. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. FedEx and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS
All products purchased directly from the GPO, USA website will be charged a flat fee of 7 percent. This 7 percent fee will cover any applicable sales tax, two-day express shipping (to all 50 US states), upgraded “direct-to-consumer” handling, and any additional service fees associated with the order.
